Depopulating the Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing
There seems to be no end to the mind-numbing drivel steaming out of Hollywood to advance the pro-abortion agenda. Ashley Judd is one of the latest to hock her voice to beg for money on behalf of NARAL. It would seem though that Miss Judd’s busy schedule only allowed for one sitting to record endorsements for all her darling pet projects. It certainly would take a good actor to read the following two scripts–one after another–and not choke on the hypocrisy.
As you can see these two videos were done in the same sitting. Literally right after making an impassioned plea for the American right to kill innocent human beings, Judd then makes an equally zealous call for stopping the killing of overpopulated wolves.
Sorry Judd, but regardless of all your star-power I don’t think the American people are buying what you’re selling. Recent statistics show that the majority of Americans aren’t on board with the notion of increasing access to abortion. When President Obama rescinded the Mexico City Policy on his fourth day in office, his approval ratings plummeted to an unheard of low. The latest ploy of the abortion industry is to shroud it all in easy-to-swallow language like “family planning services.” Sounds nice, huh? Well it isn’t. In fact it’s insidious. Frankly, they are out of touch and unprepared for the rising moral outcry that will explode should Congress seek to designate stimulus dollars inconspicuously for the abortion industry.
I believe the American conscience has moved significantly in recent years and not in the direction that NARAL, Planned Parenthood or the NOW would have liked. This can only be attributed to the growing number of people praying daily for the ending of abortion and revival in the nation. Contrary to President Obama’s statement that it is a “stale and fruitless debate,” abortion increasingly continues to be a wedge issue. If not sufficiently in the last election, then certainly in the American conscience. Thank God.
Please join me in praying for Ashley Judd that she would have an encounter with Jesus and a heart-change concerning abortion. But also join me in utterly rejecting this ideology that so blindly devalues human life.
