Planned Parenthood In Memphis Wants A New Home

By Ian Kelly

Via The Commercial Appeal:

Planned Parenthood of Greater Memphis Region will have a new $2.8 million home at 2430 Poplar pending state approval in April.

The clinic purchased the three-story office building previously occupied by Family Services and it will be Planned Parenthood's health center and administrative offices.

The clinic will completely renovate the first two floors of the 30,000-square-foot building before it moves in this summer from its prior location at 1407 Union.

Planned Parenthood is launching a $1 million building fund campaign, which it hopes to complete by June 30.

The new site will offer an array of services from contraception, well-woman exams, STD testing and treatment and pregnancy termination.

For more information about the building or the fundraising campaign, go to ppgmr.org.

Here are a few ways you can pray:

  1. Pray the state would not grant approval.
  2. Pray the funds and resources of PP are cut off.
  3. Pray that a local chapter of Bound4LIFE is started in order to Siege this clinic in prayer and fasting.
