As a follow up to the extraordinary pro-life events of January 17-18 in Houston, TX everyone should be aware that Planned Parenthood is still publicly declaring anApril opening for the 78,000 square foot Abortion Super Center. That's next month.
This morning I was discussing the current state of the Health Care Bill with Lou Engle and how the abortion issue is taking over all the headlines today. You can sense that lawmakers are unnerved by how the abortion issue demands to be dealt with right now. One commentator made it vivid and clear saying you can't split the baby -- you either win or you lose on this. As Lou and I were discussing these things we began to ponder a recent dream given to us by a trusted prophet intercessor. A key piece of the puzzle suddenly became clear, and we were compelled to broadcast an urgent call to prayer.
This morning Drudge Report featured a CNS News article about our pro-life events in Houston coming up on January 17-18. The news item reads, "'Abortion super center' set to open in Houston..."

National Healthcare System
Recently, I sent an E-Blast with Tony Perkins, President of Family Research Council, calling the nation to join an urgent national webcast prayer convocation to ask God to restrain federally funded abortion in the health care system. On that E-Blast I wrote:
On Friday, December 4th, I was awakened early in the morning with a burden to pray, as I considered the consequences of abortion being mainstreamed into the national health care system if the senate health care bill is passed as it is right now.
I turned to 1 Chronicles 21 where the destroying angel had come to the threshing floor of Ornan. God, in his heart of mercy, restrained the angel of death, saying, “Enough! Restrain your hand.” The angel of death still hovered between heaven and earth with its sword drawn. Even with God’s restraint, the verdict was still in the balance as to whether or not the death march would continue. An earth being, namely David, had to agree with God’s restraint through repentance, paying the full price, and offering up the atoning blood. When David went up to the threshing floor in repentance and erected the altar and offered the sacrifice, God heeded the prayers and the angel of death sheathed its sword.
Right now in Houston, TX Planned Parenthood is building the 2nd largest abortion facility in the world. This must not go unchallenged. Come along for a ride with us on The Road to Houston.

When at an abortion clinic in Miami, a living-breathing baby is born out of a blotched abortion and the baby is thrown alive into a plastic bag, the nation is appalled and the doctor is charged with two felonies and potential prison time.
However, if that very same abortion performed on the baby had not been blotched, the doctor would have gone home in peace having kindly terminated a women’s fetal inconvenience. What white-washed insanity!
About a week and half ago I posted a blog entry titled Y.O.P.P. that has become rather explosive. In it Bound4LIFE featured a 12-year-old young lady named Lia that is currently caught up in a remarkable series of events that God is using to encounter countless people. With this story I wanted to take the opportunity to encourage everyone with what I believe God is restoring in the Church–for or children to be about their Father’s business at an early age.

With that in mind meet Lia. She’s a 12-year-old seventh grader that recently decided to make a courageous stand in her school by giving a persuasive speech on the topic of abortion. Even when her teachers strongly encouraged her to choose a different topic, she decided to stick with what she felt passionate about. An email from her mother describes what led Lia to make such a bold move.

The old Dr. Seuss book has been embraced by pro-life people everywhere as a powerful allegory for ending abortion. I think God is up to much much more than just happy coincidences though. I believe He is shouting to the nation right now from every conceivable angle that abortion must end.
