As this season’s 40 Days for Life campaigns kick off tonight across the nation, Congress seems to be joining in the quest for truth. LifeSite News is reporting that
“The House Committee on Energy and Commerce has launched an investigation into the Planned Parenthood Federation of America to determine whether the abortion organization handles criminal conduct properly, or has mishandled federal funding to pay for abortions.”
A letter, dated September 15, from Cliff Stearns, the chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations demands Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood, provide various audit and other data that proves it is in compliance with federal funding regulations and criminal activity procedures, including sex trafficking.
