Million Voices
On April 18, 2007 the United States Supreme Court stunned the nation by upholding Congress’ ban on the barbaric procedure known as “partial birth abortion.” In the Court’s opinion that acknowledged the emotional consequences of abortion, it was also noted that there was “no reliable data to measure” the extent of the problem. That’s because women and men have been forced to suffer silently as our culture has heaped up shame, guilt and lies on their backs.
This is where you come in. Whether you’re a woman or man, your declaration of how abortion hurt you is necessary right now. Already the groundwork is being prepared for the Supreme Court to consider the devastating aftermath of abortion–something that could not have been anticipated in 1973. Your declaration will have legal muscle and help to convince the high court that abortion must end.

When the nation of Israel had lost all sensitivity, God prophesied through Jeremiah to “Consider Now! Call for the wailing women to come; send for the most skillful of them. Let them come quickly and wail over us till our eyes overflow with tears and water streams from our eyelids.” (Je 9:17-18) America is in desperate need of sensitivity to the devastation of abortion right now.
Please pray that God will give courage to one million people to rise up and testify of their pain brought on by abortion. And let them come quickly.
